Work experience required for FSWP

How many years of work experience is required for FSWP in relevant field?
And should it be with in 3 / 5 / 10yrs?
If I have freelance experience during the same time when I had a full time job, How to prove the freelance experience?

NOTE: I fix computers and design and setup network as a tech support executive (Over phone for US clients) and part time (Field work on PC and networking) for local business and consumers in India. And intend to apply under 2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers/designers)

I think one year of full time job experience in the last ten years or equivalent in part time.
