The letter must have the following information - duration of employment, type of employment (full time/part time and hours/week), title, salary, location, and most importantly job responsibilities (this is mandatory). Letter should preferably be on company letterhead - if not, then signed by supervisor or colleague and be notarized in that situation. You should also submit supporting documentation if letter is notarized
