I started working as an accountant in a video production startup my friend owns. It has few employees (less than 5) and I’m managing all of the finances of the startup since it’s a very small one, although I’m a fresh graduate. If I present my work experience to immigration as the only accountant in the firm Keeping in mind that I’m a fresh grad, would that work experience make sense and be accepted by immigration officers?

Generally speaking, a company that small only needs a part time accountant. However if you are paid a full salary and work at least 30 hours a week, then you may very well be able to prove this is a full time role.

You’re right! But I attend to all of the financial and administrative matters of this small company so not all my working hours involve accounting or finances, putting that in mind, I don’t know if should list my work experience under another noc occupation other than accountant.
