Work experience points under FSW

Hi,

I am planning to apply under new NOC list for FSW(6-12months). my current designation is SW dev Manager (0231) and I been in this designation for about 2 yrs and before this I was project lead and analyst (DBA) for about 6 yrs and in total i have 8 yrs of exp.

under work exp points, can i claim 21 points (for 4 yrs) or do i need all four yrs of exp as a manager to claim 21 points.

pls clarify. thanks in advance.

you can use any job experience that is skill type O,A and B to claim experience whether they are in the ministerial list or not
