how serious can it be? how many cases you know that are refused with this situation?

I have part time experience as teacher assistant that adds up to four years (equivalent to 16 months full time), but it is not continuous!!!

That's why I want to use my pre-canada work experience.

what would you do if you were me? can you tell which one is more likely to be rejected?

Hi all,
I am also in a similar situation, I did not mention my foreign experience while applying study permit but did mention it on work permit and PR application. I got ITA and my file is under processing right now. Just for a safe side I provided LOE stating that I don’t want to claim it since my CRS score is above cut off . It’s been around 2 months since I have done my biometrics no update yet. Will this lead to misrepresentation as I didn’t include my work experience on study permit but did it on work permit and PR file

Hello, I applied for PR Canada and I already gave biometrics. Now I realized I mentioned different job title as a production supervisor different NOC (11 months) when I applied for work permit and different job title as a Utility mechanic different job title different NOC (11 months till the time I got AOR) and I got invitation because of utilities mechanic NOC in trades draw when I applied for PR. But the duration and the employer is same no difference in that and my employer said he will clarify the immigration if he receive an email. Now I am worried if it falls under misrepresentation. And worried about the consequences. Could you help me with this? Can’t sleep from 3 days and don’t know what to do should I send LoE in advance or withdraw my pr application? I already did biometrics 15 days ago. It was not intentional but I feel bad now.

Anyone was on same boat and got it through? Any suggestions please.
