I submitted my Express Entry application with approx 10 years of work history. I received my ITA last month and have been gathering documents to confirm this history.
I realized I made a mistake in one line for work history - I put down that I only had one position at a company for 2 years instead of 2 separate positions.
Is this a large enough mistake that I should decline the invitation, modify my application and resubmit? This is not my primary work and was over 5 years ago.

If those are from same NOC, it doesn't matter.
If those are from different NOC and you feel to change , you can decline and resubmit the application with changes.
Note: if your work experience is outside canada, more than 3+ years will fetch you maximum points for CRS and 5+ years for FSW.
so if your primary NOC is more than 5 years of that total 10, you can ignore the work history which is confusing you and can be included in personal history section in post-ITA phase.
Before making any change, use CRS calculator to investigate if the changes impacting your CRS score.
