I worked with an MNC from 2012 - 2015 for which I have got a detailed work experience letter including all my roles and responsibilities. This experience is going to be my primary NOC with which I am filing my PR
From 2015-2017, I pursued my Masters. The course ended in April 2017 but my job is to start in July 2017
Note, this job will not be falling in my Primary NOC category
So now, when I get an ITA, will I have to submit a work experience letter for the new job as well??
Also, what if I submit my entire application before even July begins. Can I show that my job begins in July and hence I did not work from April to July and hence the gap???
This one is simple. 2012 - 2015 you have 3 years of experience in the NOC for which you are claiming points. Just write from April 2017 - July 2017 awaiting to begin new employment.
If you submit application before July, you can either add your new offer letter or not do anything. If you submit after July, move your new job to personal history and write in the LOE that you are not claiming points for your current employment, hence you moved it to personal history.

But when I do the later, as you suggested, I will have to produce work experience letter right? On an official company letterhead stating my roles and responsibilities?

If you are not claiming points for it, you do not have to provide any documentation except the LOE. If you wish, you can provide your offer letter but even that would be overkill.

If you put your work experience into work history section, than you have to provide documents.if you put work experience only into personal activities, than you do not need to provide anything, not even have to write any explanation.

So as per the info that I've mentioned above, I should be putting the job that I start in July in Personal Activities section, since I won't be claiming points for it
Correct ?
