Hi,

I am confused about my work experience.
I reside in Pakistan but I have been working remotely from PK for an Australian company for the past 7 months.
Would this type experience be considered valid?

It is a full time job and fulfills the requirement of the NOC code 1111. I can also get an experience/reference letter from the employer but the letter head would have Australian address and details obviously. And the salary is transferred into my account so I can show the transfers through bank statement as well but I don't have any payslips.

Would there be a problem with this situation?

As long as you can show proper reference letter and number of hours worked in a week you should be fine.

Also bank statements showing salary deposits can be used as an alternative to payslips so you are good to go !

hope that helps.

Hi Akmolah,

Thanks a lot for your msg.

If I decide to show bank statement instead of salaryslips will I need to attach a Letter of Explanation regarding it as well?

If you are applying to OINP yes!

IF you are applying to IRCC(CIC) they just ask you for proof of funds and reference letters.
