Hello
This is Vincent James from Bangalore. Even though my question is about student visa in germany, italy and ireland and not about canada, i am sure there are people in this forum with relevant info.

I am an currently working (3 years) in a company that is registered as Proprietorship , which i came to know about few days ago. I am applying to masters in universities in Germany for coming winter semester. When i found out that the company I work in is a proprietorship and not a private limited or LLP, i am extremely worried about my visa approval , since providing work experience letter from a Proprietorship company (one person company) which i don't own doesn't make any sense. I think a simple background check on company registration through GST, TIN database will reveal the info. I hope you understand the dilemma situation I am currently in. From your experience have you encountered a student with a situation like mine? Am i worrying unnecessarily about companies registration type? I really wish you have a answer to my question.

Thank You

Welcome here.

Yes, you will definitely find someone here who knows it all.

All the best

Why are you saying the following, "since providing work experience letter from a Proprietorship company (one person company) which i don't own doesn't make any sense."

It doesn't make sense to me that you have a problem.

It seems to me your employer just has to write a letter and have it notarized by a lawyer. Maybe I am missing the issue.
