I need some advise on work experience... I worked for two companies and they issued me experience letter.
Company 1: They did not mention my salary in the letter. So can I use my income tax letters as proof of my salary?
Remuneration is not critical so you can use this as backup evidence and produce the same if asked for by CIC.
Company 2: They did not mention work hours in experience letter, but I have a contract letter which shows my weekly work hours. Will that be OK?
Working hours/week is critical information because it relates to eligibility criteria directly. Submit the supporting documents along with your experience letter and explain that you are attaching the same because it doesn't show up on your experience letter.
I haven't got a PT but I did get an ITA in the earlier draws. And I'm advising based on that experience.
OOPNP has given a PT based on your CRS score which is also a function of full-time, paid work experience and the max points are available for 3 years experience. You need to convince MCIIT for now(the guys who issue OOPNP) and CIC later (if PT gets converted successfully to PN leading to an ITA) that your work experience is,
1. Related to your primary NOC hence the stress on roles and responsibilities similar to NOC
2. Full-time hence working hours/week criteria
3. Continuous or otherwise but covering a certain number of years for which you've received points hence the stress on experience letter mentioning tenure of work
4. Paid work experience hence the requirement to support via offer letter mentioning remuneration, tax forms, bank statements etc but this is not as important as the other criteria.
As long as the above requirements are met using primary and/or supporting documents, you are good to go.
