Work experience gained on implied status count towards CEC?

Hi,
I am on work permit. My question is does the work experience gained under implied status, while waiting for PGWP counted towards CEC ? I have completed 2 year study and working full time in NOC B job since March 2020. Received my PGWP in September,2020 due to slow processing. So does my work experience count from march,2020 or the day from I received my PGWP, September 2020. Also my study permit expired in March,2020 and was on implied status till September. Your response would be greatly appreciated. PLEASE HELP !!

If you applied for pgwp before your study permit expired, then your implied status would be valid.
Yes, hours worked during implied status are counted towards your experience.

In order to be eligible under the CEC class, an applicant must have work experience in a skilled occupation. However, work that is done while under implied status will be considered as eligible experience so long as the applicant continued to work under the same conditions as their original work permit.

Thank you so much and yes, my study permit expired on 30th march,2020 and i applied for PGWP on 13th march,2020. So just for my clarification, my work experience is eligible right?

I've got employment reference letters, foreign & Canada, signed by same manager who resides in USA. I reported to him then & also in my current role here.
Is there going to be any problem? Pls advise.

Also, My experience letters are on a paper with my company logo & address at the top. These do detail my name, work hours, job title, salary & responsibilities signed by manager at the bottom with his name, title, phone & email. Is it missing anything?
