Last year, I worked for a company. I was on probation for 3 months but they let me go after finishing 1 month. This was paid full time position in noc skilled category. Will this 1 month experience count?
Also, CEC says that your experience should be in permanent full time position. Does this means during probation your position is temporary and after probation your position becomes permanent?

Technically, yes, but you would still have to get a Letter of Reference from that employer.

Permanent means it is not term-limited (e.g. not on a contract with an end date). But CEC class applicants are NOT required to have permanent positions - term limited, contract, and part-time are all accepted. CEC permits experience to be obtained through part-time positions, you have to work the equivalent of a full-time job.
Thank god jes_ON for your reply, seven7 mentioning that job should be permanent sent shivers down my spine ;D
Thanks for the clarification Jes. Much appreciated.
The "permanent job" requirement does exist elsewhere, tho, such as the Federal Skilled Workers "Arranged Employment' option, and possibly within PNP programs...
