Work Experience from Off-Campus Work Permit Counted ?

Dear All,

I am applying for Express Entry under Federal Skilled Workers Program, I want to know is my Work experience while I was on Off campus Work permit counted, I worked Full time at a Company 40+ hours a week, and it was fully paid. Can I count that towards my one year work experience ?
