Work Experience from current employer

Dear All,

I have received an ITA recently. I have worked in 2 companies - both within same NOC code. My experience at 1st company is 3.5 years and at second company is 1 year (currently working here). My second company is refusing to write job roles and responsibilities in my letter and my colleagues are refusing too. What happens if my second company work experience letter is rejected by IRCC?
