I am planning to submit my EOI for Federal Skilled Worker Program. However, I completed my Masters from Canada and currently pursuing a PhD. I worked as a teaching assistant from Jan 2015 to April 2016 and then from August 2016- current.
My query is that as I have a three months gap (May 2016-July 2016), I was wondering if this is a problem for submitting the Express Entry file?

It does not count for the CRS point but it does for entering the pool. And yes I have a study permit. Is the break from May - July an issue here? Because I have 960 hours from Jan 2015 to April 2016 and 669 hours from August 2016 to October 2017. I was wondering is the break the reason of my ineligibility?

I am sorry but I couldn't get your point. What do u mean by it does not count for CRS but it does for entering the pool? Are you applying in FSW or CEC? I think if it's CEC , break does not matter. But for FSW it matters.
