Work experience during MBA

I placed in a company in 4th semester of MBA through college placement and joined the company immediately after taking NOC from college. I worked there full time for 6 months.
Will it be counted as work experience in EE and can I claim points for this as I have 2.5 years of experience and it will help me.to make it 3 years.

I don't see why it wouldn't. Did you have a salary? I guess my question would be, why do you think it wouldn't count?

Yes i do have a salary but i read somewhere that they don't count the experience gained during a full time course.

Only if you were studying in Canada and applying under CEC
