I started my Job on July 1st 2015. This coming July, my work experience will be 1 year. I also fulfill 1560 hours works. However, I was in 1 months vacation, didn't work and didn't get paid?
As I didn't work for a month, would CIC count my experience as 1 year on July 1st, 2016. Or I have to wait one more month. Pls advice
Please can someone answer this question because i am in the same situation. Had like a month break of work with no pay within 1 year of working. But i have already clocked 1560hrs.. will my experience still be clocked 1 year?

Your experience has to be atleast one year without one month break and whole work experience should be paid. Then only CIC will accept it as valid work experience.

your one month leave period doesnt matter as long as u complete the 1560 hours criteria. Dont worry most of the companies in middle east also give out paid leave

Don't be too focused on the magic number 1560. You need 52 weeks at 30 hrs/ week minimum and you cannot make up for it by working extra any particular week. Understood?!
