Work Experience confusion

Dear All,

I have two work experiences and both of them are in last 10 years.
First job is when I was doing my graduation and I was working as a part time administrative assistant office during for four years. Working hours is 30 hours per week.

Second is after my Post graduation that is for only 15 months. Will my parttime experience be considered when it is having 30 hours per week. Which NOC should I select for primary occupation.
