Hi,

My Bros Company is not issuing him detailed work experience as required. His immediate boss is willing to help him but he do not have access to Letter head. HR is very fussy and denied L/H and Work Experience. His Boss offered him that he can give the required experience letter through his official email. Will this work? Or any other way out .....?

Thanks

Hi,

as per the document checklist, it is advisable to have the certificate of employment in the company official letter head.

The company issue exp letter only mentioning Post, Duration, Salary etc. but not job duties.

His boss can give him such letter but on a plain paper and not on letter head....??

Any advice how to go about this....?

Thanks.

Hi,

I had been on the same boat because many companies in my home country usually don't have their letter head.

When I prepared my application and needed a reference from my previous company, I asked the general affairs department to issue the letter paper with a company letter head, and then they issued it... then I printed the letter onto it.

In other case... as I know, some of applicants from my country make the reference letter by themselves and then ask their boss to sign. I never heard such letter makes them refused. You probably can do so...

I hope this help you. Good luck.
