Work Experience calculation

hello I have a doubt on counting work experience.

I did full time bachelors degree in the year 2009 to 2012
At 2009 September I have worked as part time ( 6 hr/ day ) staff to a company till 2011 august .


I have work experience of full time after degree 2012 to 2017 till now..[ 5years ]
While applying to Sask SINP a question on work experience " Work experience during the six to ten year period prior to application " for this can i mention my part time work experiences as to equivalent full time work experience ?

Please help me ......

If you have worked for more than 30 hours a week during your study years It will be counted as full time work

1- Please let me know about any success have you achieved for Canada immigration dream?
2- I have work experience from 2007 til up to date (30 01 2018 continue). Mostly work experience ends in partial months for example; 2 years 2 months, 1 year 10 months.

My question is how SINP OID/EE count our work experience? If I count total months then it is equal to 24+2+12+10= 48 months => 4 years.

Please advise how I accumulate my experience w.r.t SINP?

if in any year you have few months break in between jobs then its not taken into account
