I had worked as job title mentioned within NOC 2132 before 4 years back, but after that I successfully obtain my University certificate in NOC 2134
My question is, CIC will not link the certificate I obtained for NOC 2134 with the previous work experience? Shall I still can apply to the NOC 2132 which I got the appointment letter and experience?
