So I have some confusion as to what counts towards work experience in Federal skilled worker program of express entry. I know for Canadian experience class work experience gained while you were a student doesn’t count but for fswp it doesn’t explicitly say that.
My case is a little unique because while I was doing my masters I was issued an open work permit and gained work experience for one year during this time. I’m wondering if this counts as valid work experience for fswp? I would appreciate any comment and thoughts. TIA!
