URGENT... URGENT.... URGENT
This is regarding paid work experience required in express entry.
My friend (from India) completed his masters in physics with 85.5% marks in June 2015. His ielts general score is 8 with no less than 7. He doesnot have any work experience.
My father runs a school. He has asked us for a work experience certificate as a physics teacher from sept 2015 to dec 2017 and a salary certificate stating that the salary was paid in cash.
My question for you is
Should we issue him the certificate. I mean how will the canadian officials verify the certificate and is there anything to worry for him or for us.
You are asking about providing a fake certificate on a public forum? Shame on you. Cheaters like you and your friend will bring more scrutiny to all the genuine applicants.
If this is found he will receive a ban of 5 years for misrepresentation.

What is his name? I will report him to CIC if I know who he is.

Bro cool down.
I am just asking for a few solid points that i can put before him for not issuing him the certificate.
A few details
1) My father owns the school
2) All the teaching staff is appointed by us as it is a private school
3) The staff which is permanent gets their salary in bank while those on contract get in cash.
If your answer is that I should not issue him the certificate then atleast give me a few solid points.
You need a reason to refuse to lie?

Had I been a cheater, i would have issued him a certificate with putting my question here.

The reason is it is fake. Canadian values are all about trust. I don't think your friend's values align with ours. If he thinks lying is alright as long as he is not caught, he shouldn't come to Canada.

Then the answer is very clear. You are a good guy. Don't join him.

He gave me an impression that it is a very normal thing. So I wanted to confirm it here.
I didnt know about misrepresentations and other things.
Thank you all of you for your prompt replies to my question.
Now I can say a clear No to him.
Thanks once again.
