work experence for a doctor running his own private clinic

how can a docotor proofs his wor exp if he is not a employ of anyone and running his own clinic from more then 13 year :'(
pls reply.how he can issue exp certificate n salay slips for himself as it is demand of visa office.

Sir just do one thing
dont show that u r running this clinic

option-1 just show that u r employee of this clinic and make appointment letter, salary slips and experience certificate

option-2 show urself owner and send license of ur clinic and send it only
later on they can ask u additional docs for the proof that u r owner of this clinic

sent registration copy, copy of bills that you have for buying medicines,if from delhi send biowaste certificate from govt,IT returns of past few years,send CME certificates issued to you .
Are you from Delhi? send a letter stating that you are self employed and these are the copies of different docs to prove your point. I am a doctor too and I sent all these and there was no issue and I got my visa.
