Hi
I already did the medical exam required to change the condition on my study permit which states that I am not allowed to work in childcare or schools. what should I do next to change this condition? it has been more than three weeks and I haven't received anything from IRCC to say it is OK for me now to accept such jobs.
I found the form, some of the fields don't apply to me like who is your current employer and also the reasons for application, there is no "change of conditions" listed. In addition, to submit the form, I need to do that from my IRCC account and under my application, there is no option to submit a change of conditions. the only options are to change DLI, extend/renew/apply for health benefits/temporary residents.
I'm having a similar issue - does anyone have any idea how to get to an application to extend/change conditions through the online portal? I've read pages and pages saying that I can, but GCKey only seems to have buttons for making a new application - I really can't find where to apply for a change in conditions through that online portal.

I know it took me a very long time to figure this out, nothing on the IRCC website was clear.
So after you have done your medical exam, you need to submit the letter you received from the immigration doctor along with the form (IMM5709): Application to change conditions, extend my stay or remain in Canada as a student. Basically, it is like submitting a request for a new study permit.

So, how did you submit that? By email, by regular mail, or through the gckey portal? I've already figured out I need the form, but I'm not sure which application to upload it to.
