There’s no process to expedite it.

I'm a full time student. Immigration officer did a mistake while giving my study permit not mentioning the work conditons. I hope I'll get my amended permit at the earliest by God willing.

Yeah don’t worry, you’ll get it amended as long as your course is eligible to work part time.

Courses like ESL don’t allow you to work part time.

My sister landed last week and we went to get her the SIN but her study permit doesnt state anywhere that she is allowed to work. There is nothing written under the "conditions".

You send the original study permit back to Ottawa immigration office. Take a scan copy of study permit before sending it. It should post it along with amendment for study permit form. In that you should mention,

May accept employment on or off campus if meeting eligibility criteria as per 186(F), (v) or (W). Must cease working if no longer meeting these criteria.

You have to wait one month. Then followup with them
