Work and personal History

Dear All,

I am working for the same company over the past 5 years ,under the same NOC,but my designation was different in the initial two years ,Do I need to add multiple rows in work history corresponding to each designation ?

Similarly I worked for the same company in different cities(same country),Do I need to include separate rows in this case ? Pls help
