Won't Let Me Pay EE Application Fee

Hi I was invited to apply for PR through EE. I gathered all my documents and was about to pay my PR application fee but the website crashed. So I logged in again but now the website hid all the buttons under 'action' tab and now I can't pay my fee. Any idea how to pay my fee? Thanks!

Its highly likely a card issue or way past the submission deadline(if any). The limits of the credit card may be beyond the daily capped limit to spend. Or perhaps it may have a bar on international spending. Try calling the card issuer and find the cause. Also, you can try the debit card if not, let the bank know you are doing a big transaction. Else you can use a relative's card with their billing address.
