Within Canada Child sponsoship child subsidy, education funding effect the case

Hi everyone

I am returning immigrant got PR in 2012 (me my wife and a son) my daughter was born outside Canada, we all returned Canada including my daughter, I am going to take funding for ESL and also child subsidy for my son who already go PR.

Can anyone please suggest with experience or knowledge that

1. would a child subsidy effect my daughter's sponsorship application

2. ESL funding effect her sponsorship application

3. Is any income requirement for (parent) sponsor to apply dependent child sponsorship
