I have co-signed my wife's parents sponsership application. They are almost getting the immigration. Medical tests have been done. Now I have changed my mind and want to withdraw as a co-signer from the sponsership application. I am interested to know how I can withdraw? and do i need sponser and principal applicant's acknowledgement? . If yes what are the alternatives.
Can she appeal? what if she shows enough funds around $100,000 in her bank account or if she starts working and earn good money? Would that give her success in sponsership application.

If she doesn't meet LICO, there's really nothing to appeal. Making sufficient income is a requirement for sponsorship. If the sponsor doesn't make sufficient income then a refusal is guaranteed.
Funds in the bank don't count. She has to be earning sufficient income now.
A future job doesn't count. She would need to be making sufficient income before you withdraw your sponsorship (and be able to prove that she is making sufficient income through tax returns, etc.).
Thanks for the quick response.
I am wondering what's right. CIC call centre is saying that I need consent from all in order to withdraw whereas here on the forum as well as the immigration lawyer says I don't need any consent???
