So, when she did that, they told her because she withdrew her profile, she's no longer eligible to re-enter the pool. She's creating a brand new GC key.
There is no need to mention that you applied for express entey before . Make a new gc key with a new email Id. And make a new job Bank profile . Don't forget to deactivate yjyr old job bank profile . Also when u make a new gc key , don't forget to revoke your old gckey profile .

the only time you have to declare that you applied for express entry before is when u received an ita and then for some reason u reapplied. I made a brand new profile . With a new gckey abd a new job Bank profile . Got the oonp invite yesterday .
