1. Chances are between slim and none. \
2. By return to your home country, it would appear to CIC/IRB that you aren't in danger in your home country.
3. CIC is going to assume that if they issue a new TRV/TRP you are going to claim refugee status again.

Extremely low. Making a refugee claim and then returning to your country of origin is usually seen as trying to game the system. You should forget about applying to Canada for a few years and establish yourself in your home country.

You will have no issues applying for Express Entry as long as you are honest about your immigration history in your application. Note that any time you spent working in Canada under a work permit issued to you as a refugee claimant cannot be counted as work experience towards your Express Entry application.
