withdraw visitor visa application from ircc new portal

Hello guys,

I filled visitor visa application for my parents but missed to add mother as a secondary applicant. So, now i raised webform to withdraw old application. To file a new application should i wait to get the old application withdraw successfully then apply new application or can i apply the new application right way. Also if i have to wait and the withdraw decision come after 30 days do i have to get all docs update like bank statement or pay stubbs.??
