I came to Canada in 2013 as a international student, and got married in 2014. I graduated in 2015, and got a job related to my program (NOC type B: Technician). I applied for spouse sponsorship in 2014 (my wife is a permanent resident). I just got a letter from CIC, they said my application was transferred to Etobicoke for further assessment. Many people said it will take more than 6 months for CIC schedule for the interview, and I have a big chance to get rejection. Should I withdraw spouse sponsorship application now, and then apply for Canadian experience class? My company will give me a job offer that ensure I will get invitation to apply for PR, I am holding post graduation work permit and it will expire next year. Will I have any problem with CIC if I withdraw sponsorship application, and will I get deported if I failed on the interview?

It does take a long time for the interview to be scheduled, but you would not fail it. If this is a true marriage then you will be able to answer every question they ask. If they have any doubts about your relationship they will give you a chance to submit additional documents and proof of relationship. Why do you think you will fail the interview?
On another note, I hope you know that getting an LMIA based job offer is also a lengthy process. The company has to prove that they couldn't find a Canadian employee that would be equally skilled as you are. So unless your job is extremely specialized, the chances of getting an LMIA are slim.
Thanks for your reply,
I did not apply for CEC yet, but I believe with the valid job offer, I will have about 600 points. Will this application be rejected if spouse sponsorship application get rejected?
