withdraw...? reapply...? - PMM,Leon, seniors advice please

Hi

I need advice with the following questions.
at first, I would like you to know that I couldn't collect the documents within the 120 days and also I couldn't get the IELTS score which I need, so I will withdraw my application and re apply again.

If I send a withdraw letter to the visa office, how many days it takes to receive their response? And at what time I can re apply again to Canada-Sydney?

Not sure how long it will take to withdraw but you would probably see it on ecas that you have withdrawn.

I think you can apply immediately. I don't see why you can't apply immediately after it is withdrawn and they have withdrawn it.

Is that means that I can apply again without receive the reply from the visa office about withdraw of the previous application?
because I did send them the withdraw letter.

I don't know about that. When you check e-cas, does it say withdrawn?

Keep checking your e-cas status and as soon as it is updated with "Application Withdrawn" you can immediately re-apply thereafter.
