What are the consequences of withdrawing an express entry profile which i created 48hrs ago and creating a new one? Are there any negative effects?

I don't think will be any problem by withdrawing the EE profile.you are just in the pool.

Deema, for making a profile and withdrawing, would we be in the system after withdrawing. We mean would officers get to know that someone withdrew
 
Hi, i also withdrew my application from express entry profile after 24 hrs of creation and wanted to create a new one. Do i need to mention in one of the question, Have you applied for express entry before? What would be the ans? Please let me know
