I am planning to wire transfer the tuition fees to the university. It is informed to me by university that the name during the wire transfer must include the exact name and student no.
Being from India, My name in passport contains "ben" as prefix in my name and "kumar" in my father's name (this is common in India). My offer letter is according to the passport however, the bank account's name doesnt have this prefix. So there is slight miss match in the account name.
Will this be any problem during the wire transfer of fees? further I am also planning to buy GIC.
