Winnipeg To Toronto

hi,
I’ve been admitted into university of Winnipeg and I wish to change my college and province. I’m pursuing a 3 yr BBA at the U of W and wish to transfer to humber college with a bcom degree. The only thing I’m confused bout is that will the province change and college change affect the further pnp processing in Toronto and is it easy to get pr in Toronto as compared to Winnipeg ?

in Winnipeg you can get pnp easily, but in Toronto its near to impossible. i will sugest you to complete you study in Winnipeg then get pnp get pr you will get 50 (or more) point in express entry. then move to where ever you want my few friends got admit in Toronto. then they trasfer to other province just to get state nomination.
