Will this person accompany you to Canada?

I'd really appreciate if someone can answer this?

My wife is Canadian and has a brother here in Canada, now she isn't going to accompany me to Canada and If I choose no in the express entry, it doesn't give me extra 15 points.

However, if I choose yes then I get three columns to provide her info on if she is a PR or Canadian and about here brother.

I am confused as she is already a Canadian and isn't going to accompany me but without choosing yes, I don't get the option to claim 15 points, any advice if choosing yes is the right option in this case?

You can't claim any points for your wife since she is already Canadian, this includes the 15 points for her brother. You are not eligible to claim those points.

Since your wife is canadian. She can apply spousal sponsorship for you. No need to worry about crs points.
