Will there be any FSW draw this year?

I am thinking. Will there be any FSW draw this year at all? I lived in many different countries and I have to organise PCCs from different places but since most of them have a limited validity, I wondering if it's worth the effort? For example, I have been reading on different websites and that some people are quite pessimistic about a FSW draw happening this year. Would like to know the opinion of the good folks here too.

General expectation of those FSW in the pool is around summer 2021, where hopefully most Canadian residents have been vaccinated and *hopefully* travel restrictions are lifted partially, if not wholly.
