I'm from India. I have obtained a MBBS degree from China in April 2012. Can I apply for Student Partner Program course in Canada this Fall or Jan 2012.

For which course you wanna go there? Masters? if yes, then they will surely accept your admission.. and if you are again going for bachelors den visa will be difficult for you..
