Hello all,

I finished my masters in Canada last year and I’m currently on PGWP. I also submitted my PR application in December in FSW STEM stream.

I want to apply for a PhD to resume in September so I would need a new study permit to do so. Will applying for a new study permit slow down my current PR application. Is it better to wait for a decision on my PR then apply for PhD as a domestic student?
