SINP Official website clearly states " The intake thresholds for the International Skilled Worker – Occupations In-Demand Sub-Category and the Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category have been reached for 2016 " . Would that mean they will no longer open EE stream in 2016? Was the same statement mentioned eac time after they closed applications intake in June/Nov/Dec 2015 ?
Maybe yes, maybe no.
I think it is dependent if applicants from previous intake are enough for their target.
The same announcement was made last year that the quota was reached. However, maybe because
there were a lot of returned or ineligible applications, they opened again and again. Just based on my observation.

It is quite tedious. Better be prepared coz we never know when it will reopen.
I heard the PM wants more immigrants so I guess the probability of re-opening once again is high.
