Hello experts,
I got my PR approval last year in 2012 and I landed (walked over Rainbow bridge) in Canada in early July 2012. Because I did not have an address to show there and as I was planning to go back to the US that day, the immigration officer over there finished my landing procedures and gave me a form printed and asked me to come back when I am moving-in completely into Canada.
Now that it is almost an year, can I enter Canada without a visa? Can I use that paper (attached to my home country passport) to enter Canada and apply for a PR card, using a temporary home address (brother's address)?
Any help/guidance is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Bhargava
