Will my canada study permit be refused if I already hold a USA student visa?

Hi,
In my canada study permit application, I was asked whether I hold a valid usa non-immigrant visa. I had replied yes and attached a copy of my USA f-1 student visa since I had applied for US visa before my canada study permit. will this be an issue or a cause for refusal of my canada study permit?

Please let me know. thanks !
P.s. I received my offer late from the Canadian university which is why I had already applied for USA visa to be safe. (I did NOT mention this in my application as there was no place to mention the reason)

It should not be a reason for refusal.
