Will my application be considered, or I was late.

HI Friend,

As you may see I applied under NOC 2132, current caps 532.
I applied on 16th October & filed reached CIC on 22nd October, at that time the NOC count was 376, later on 8-NOV-2014 caps got revised to 532.
Exactly after 17 days from receipt of my application at CIC office.

Will my application be considered, or I was late. :-[
How does this work, kindly need your expert advice?
