Will IRCC refuse my study permit application if I don't send new LOA?

After I deferred from January to March, my college said I don't need an updated LOA (Letter of Acceptance). Is that true?

Can IRCC refuse my study permit application? My intake was supposed to start on 26th January and my new start date will be same day in March.

It's fine because ircc check with the college if the student status is enrolled active or not ..if ur college say no problems then u have nothing to worry
