Hi
My name is Sundeep Gill and I am moving to Canada next year on a working Holiday Visa and then going to apply for a work permit from there. However I understand to pass the LMO you need to

1. Have a full time job
2.Be on a decent wage
3. The job must be posted on a job site
4.Prove that there was no canadian to do the job

I am going to a recruitment consultant and that is NOC 1223.

Do you know anyone with these characteristics who has been successful in passing the LMO

Please see below re: your questions

1) Yes, has to full time job
2) Wage rate as per service Canada
3) Yes, on National Job bank for minimum 14 Calender days
4) Yes, your employer has to prove this, that he can not find the right candidate locally.

Only your employer can apply the LMO for you. Best thing to for you to talk to employer regarding your LMO approval. Please show this link to your employer

Good luck

Thanks for the response and I have read the literature you have given to me. With my circumstances do you think I will pass the LMO.

Hi,

My employer is preparing to send my LMO. I am on working holiday Visa and work in SEM or Search Engine Marketing. He is argueing that he can't find any suitable candidates as he wants to expand into Irish and Uk market where I have a lot of contacts and experience. My question are

Is this a good angle?
How many resumes should you send with an application?

Cheers,

Mick

I believe only Service Canada people can give the best answer for this question.

Good luck :-)
