Will I need to attach co-op offer letter in my pgwp application?

Hi. I am about to start my co-op term in summers. I was working with an employer full-time already (due to the temporary unrestricted work policy) but since the temp policy might end in April, they have allowed me to continue working full-time with them in summers as a co-op/intern too. I already have a co-op work permit plus the employer & my DLI have both signed the agreement and I will also be getting a credit for this internship.

The only issue is my employer will not be giving me a separate co-op job offer letter. I was wondering if I will be needing that to support my pgwp application? Or will the internship agreement & credit on transcript be enough to serve as proof of internship, and not count towards violation of work hours during studies?
