Will I get work permit during my study and remain after graduation ?

Hi there ! If I am going to study Auto Mechanic or Electric will I get work permit during my study ?
Would I be able to remain in Canada after graduation ?

The off campus work permit program has ended, it will say on your study permit if you are allowed to work while studying, refer to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-offcampus.asp
